START DATE: Early 2022
DESCRIPTION: Building on Agora’s distinct vibe, Parkway at the District will be a boutique collection of retail, restaurant, residential and lodging uses developed by Realty Capital Management.

At the completion of construction, the mixed-use development will deliver up to

  • 350 multi-family residences

  • 25,000+ square feet of commercial space

  • 80+ room full-service hotel

COMMONS AT AGORA

PARTNERS: CITY OF CORINTH & TBG PARTNERS
START DATE: Late 2021
DESCRIPTION: To make Corinth more attractive to restaurants and retail businesses, the City plans to invest in designing and developing a centralized gathering space.

When complete, the Commons at Agora will provide ample opportunities for people to
