Parkway at the District

Building on Agora’s distinct vibe, Parkway at the District will be a boutique collection of retail, restaurant, residential and lodging uses developed by Realty Capital Management. At the completion of construction, the mixed-use development will deliver up to 350 multi-family residences, nearly 25,000 square feet of commercial space and a full-service hotel. Buildings with elevated standards for architecture will be constructed and oriented towards a well-defined and linear open space - the “parkway” - that simultaneously bisects and connects the various uses and elements of the development aesthetically and functionally. It is anticipated that the development will break ground in early 2022.
